Abstract:

The point of this TIP is to provide a base summary from a high view which will allow us to create more granular TIPS.

Primitives:
Digital Signatures.
Hashs.
Files.
Servers.
TSN Address
A TSN address is the hash of a public key (as defined by asymetric cryptography). The use of cryptocurrency
addresses will provide greater functionality, but more essential, is the ability to sign a message from a
public address which you own the private key to. This public address serves as the basis for your Primary TSN
account. An account is used to publish content which is referenced in your candidate block.
Pages
In order to create a reference in your candidate block you need to produce a digital fingerprint which is published
on a server page.
A TSN Primary Account is opened by signing a "hello world" message from your Block Publishing Server (BPS) by
both establishing the time and referencing your BPS in the message. This message (which is signed from your
TSN Address) must be published from your BPS.
In order to create your Primary TSN account
A Block Publishing Server or BPS is the server which you use to publish your Blocks.
